These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Smooth Ship website at smoothship.com.au (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Use of the Smooth Ship platform/app is governed by a separate service agreement provided at sign-up.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Early access and information
Smooth Ship is being prepared for public availability. Content on the Site — including feature descriptions, pricing indications and availability — is provided for general information, may change, and does not constitute a binding offer. Product mockups use fictional data for illustration.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names and logos (such as Shopify, Australia Post, Direct Freight and Zebra) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
