Scan the order barcode
Every invoice prints with a scannable order barcode. One scan at the bench opens the right order's packing workflow instantly.

Scan each product into the parcel
Products can be scanned in any order. A live counter shows progress — say, 3 of 4 units — as each barcode is matched against the order.

Wrong item? Instant feedback
A scan that doesn't belong to the order is flagged on the spot and logged, while the order is still open on the bench.

Green tick when complete
The order is only marked Verified when every required item and quantity has been confirmed. The packer gets a completion celebration; the order gets a verified stamp with name and time.
